PetWinnie is committed to providing high-quality, organic, and raw pet food, as well as a range of pet accessories and supplies. All products and services listed are subject to availability, and descriptions are provided for general information purposes. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee all details are always up-to-date or error-free.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may change without prior notice. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and recognized payment processors. Orders are considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

Customer Responsibilities
By engaging with our services, you agree to act in accordance with these terms and to refrain from actions that could harm PetWinnie’s operations or interfere with other users’ experiences. Unlawful activities, including fraud or unauthorised access, are strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy**

PetWinnie offers a 14-day return policy for most items purchased in-store or online. To qualify, items must be in original packaging, unused, and unopened.

Due to health and safety standards, perishable goods, such as pet food and treats, are non-returnable unless found defective upon delivery.

Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, PetWinnie will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please allow for additional time based on your bank’s policies.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@petwinnie.ca  with proof of purchase and photos of the damage. We will coordinate an exchange or replacement at no extra cost to you.

Exclusions and Non-Returnable Items
Non-returnable items include sale items, gift cards, and customised or personalised products. If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please consult with us before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may incur a restocking fee. For cancellations, contact us directly at +1 905 201 7925 or visit our Markham store.
